THE SECOND OPERATION COORDINATION UNIT MEETING OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO PREPARE FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR MERİÇ-ERGENE RIVER BASIN HELD

The 2nd Operation Coordination Unit Meeting of “Technical Assistance To Prepare Flood Risk Management Plan For Meriç-Ergene River Basin” Project, which is co-financed by the European Union and Türkiye within the scope of II. Period of the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), was held on 27 July 2022.
The representatives of Directorate General of Water Management and Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the authorities of the contractor company attended the meeting chaired by Maruf ARAS, Deputy Director General of Water Management.
The meeting started with the opening remarks of Mr. ARAS, continued with the technical presentations regarding the progress of the project and ended with questions and answer.
