TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO PREPARE FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR MERİÇ-ERGENE RIVER BASIN ACTIVITY 2.1 FIELD VISIT HAS BEEN CONDUCTED

Within the scope of Activity 2.1 of the “Technical Assistance to Prepare Flood Risk Management Plan for Meriç-Ergene River Basin” project financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye as a part of Environment and Climate Action Sector Operational Programme (IPA-II), a 3-day field visit was carried out between 07-09 June 2023.
During the visit, field works for the preparation of Flood Hazard Maps were carried out with the participation of the End Recipient and the Technical Assistance Team and surveying studies, which are the input of the hydraulic models to be prepared in the future stages of the project, were examined.
